    延伸「台灣雲端書庫」的雲端服務優勢，2016年推出「台灣雲端書庫Touch!」, 超大觸控螢幕「台灣雲端書庫Touch!」將可讓讀者當場免費下載借閱超過18,000種電子書，更可在這個大螢幕上一站打包即時匯聚最新出版訊息！免費提供出版社自助上架最新的新書資訊，將所有最新訊息毫不遺漏的一次滿足讀者，已然是出版品的另一曝光管道，非常適合扮演智慧城市在公共場域的無人圖書館。

Taiwan Cloud Library (TCL) is the first platform to provide eBook rental service in Taiwan. With the support of multiple city/county governments and public libraries, anyone has a library ID card can read e-books as well as e-magazines for free. This service is available all day, every day. You can read any book/magazine whenever you like to, and you don’t need to mind the return of books – it’s automatic.
