瑞德感知科技為動態導引的領航者，將科學技術導入消防產業，早在2011年起便著手開發全球第一款「智慧型疏散系統」，要運用科技解決難題，提升大型建築物及公共場所的安全標準，為大眾帶來更安心、更安全舒適的生活環境。
智慧型疏散系統包含「智慧疏散主機」和「動態導引號誌」(已通過消防認證可取代一般避難方向指示燈及出口標示燈)，主機連動既有消防受信總機取得火警探測器偵測到之溫度、煙霧等數據，火災發生時即時進行逃生路徑的演算，並控制場域內所有「動態導引號誌」動態顯示安全逃生路線，指引人們逃生、加快疏散速度。此外「智慧疏散主機」平時會監控設備狀況、火災發生時會記錄火場資訊，可將所有資料提供給業主或相關單位參考使用。
【精準驗證】使用美國NIST的高標準技術來驗證本系統，瑞德感知可以精細的建模打造真實場域，並且同時使用火災及避難疏散模擬來進行建築物防火避難安全性能驗證，真實模擬火災發生、煙霧毒氣(FED數值)擴散情況，確保智慧型疏散系統擁有高精準度的判斷。
【科學證明】吸入火場煙霧不僅影響步行的速度和逃生時間，更可能造成永久性的傷害、甚至死亡。科學研究證明吸入少量煙霧(FED組合毒氣)即可造成人員致死率超過50%。利用動態導引選擇最安全、且不經過有毒氣體(FED)之逃生路線，能有效避免人員進入危險區域造成傷亡。
【加倍安全】依據火場情況即時規劃逃生路線，給予清楚的方向指示、有效銳減民眾猶豫不決的避難決策時間。經歐美大型場域實驗證明，動態的導引可以讓號誌被注意到，提高兩倍的群眾注意力，讓民眾在黃金避難時間內安全逃離火場，把災害傷亡降到最低。
From the perspective of intelligent fire prevention to integrate the Fire Panel then it will pass the updated fire information to “HEX Dynamic Evacuation System”. HEX Dynamic Evacuation Panel will analyze the dangerous level of a building, predicting the fire growth and calculate the best escaping route through the gathered data. The “HEX Dynamic Exit Signs” has far-end control function, which will direct people to safe exits; guide people escape and speed up the evacuation. To provide safer, more convenient and comfortable life for a greater value.
【Accuracy of validation】 HEX is capable to simulate an area with details by using US NIST to test our system, also by fire and evacuation simulation to analyze the accuracy of figures to make sure that the intelligent fire prevention system is highly accurate.
【Raise the bar of safety standard】 HEX Dynamic Evacuation System would change the direction signals based on the real situation in the fire scene. It could enhance the attention of people by 50%, and effectively reduce the time of decision-making, then elevate the safety rate by making the evacuation 3 times faster, and reduce the damage lost of fire and public accident insurance.
