公司簡介	財團法人電信技術中心(以下簡稱本中心)自2004年 2 月成立，中心設立宗旨為配合電信政策，支援相關電信監理、技術與產業之研究，並提供設備審驗認證服務、協助研擬電信技術標準規範與促進國際電信組織間交流與合作、保護消費者權益，以健全電信事業之發展及市場交易之安全。配合國家資通訊發展計畫，執行通訊傳播監理政策、通訊傳播技術規範及資通安全技術規範之研究，以成為政府資通訊政策及技術智庫為目標；並因應資通訊技術發展，提供資通訊產品檢測驗證、顧問諮詢及相關平臺營運管理服務，協助推動國內廠商技術升級並帶動相關產業之發展，實現「數位國家 創新經濟」發展願景。
Company Introduction	The Telecommunications Technology Center (hereinafter referred to as TTC) was established in February 2004. The purpose of TTC is to follow the national telecommunications policy, support related telecommunications supervision and technology policy, and research on related industry development. In addition, TTC also provides services such as equipment inspection and certification, research and development of telecommunications technical standards, promotion of cooperation with international telecommunications organizations, and consumer rights which are aimed at improving the development of telecommunications business and the security of market transactions. Under the national information and communication development plan, carry out relevant research on supervision policies, technical specifications and safety technical specifications, and aim to become the government's ICT policy and technology think tank. In response to the development of ICT, through the provision of product testing and verification, consulting, and platform operation management services, it assists in the upgrading of industrial technology and realizes the DIGI+ vision.
產品介紹	 無人機資安聯合驗測服務：檢測服務項目包含無人機的系統安全、軟體安全、韌體安全、通訊安全與晶片安全等。  軟體安全驗證與檢測服務：檢測服務包含軟體組成分析掃描、安全風險分析、使用許可風險分析、營運風險分析。  5G雲端核心網路備援效能測試：主要測試參數包含網路延遲、上傳/下載傳輸速度及封包遺失率等。  產業技術服務：包含資通訊檢測服務、物聯網資安檢測與國際資安標準顧問服務、資通訊技術智庫、資通訊應用服務研析。
Product Summary	 Joint Validation and Testing for Drone Cybersecurity：The testing service includes system security, software security, firmware security, communication security, and chip security, among others, for drones.  Software Security Verification and Testing：The testing service includes software component analysis and scanning, security risk analysis, license risk analysis, and operational risk analysis.  5G Cloud Core Network Backup and Rescue Performance Test：The main test parameters include network delay, upload/download transmission speed and packet loss rate, etc.  Industrial Technology Services：It includes information and communication testing services, Internet of Things information security testing and international information security standard consulting services, information and communication technology think tanks, and research and analysis of information and communication application services.
