產品介紹 本研究旨在探討一種從鈣鈦礦太陽能電池中循環回收關鍵材料的技術。首先,使用二甲基甲醯胺將鈣鈦礦太陽能板上的鈣鈦礦薄膜溶解於溶液中,形成含銫、鉛、溴、碘的溶液。由於溴和碘具有相似的性質,本實驗使用過氧化氫將碘離子轉變為碘蒸氣,以實現與溴離子的分離。接著,將溶液蒸乾後得到的固體加入去離子水中,使銫離子溶於水,同時過濾掉不溶於水的鉛化合物。後續便可將鉛化合物與碘液進行共沉澱,從而獲得碘化鉛。而可溶於水的銫、鉛和溴離子可以利用t-BAMBP將銫離子萃取到油相中,以實現分離效果;水相中的鉛和溴離子則可以透過直接減壓濃縮獲得溴化鉛。油相中的銫離子可以再利用氨水進行反萃取,並與碘液反應後經由減壓濃縮獲得碘化銫。

Summary
Over the past decade, lead halide perovskite material has emerged as a promising candidate for third-generation solar cells and has progressed rapidly. However, commercial products unavoidably result in large amounts of waste and end-of-life devices, which can cause severe environmental impacts. Therefore, a technology to circulate critical materials from perovskite solar cells has been investigated in this study. The valuable raw materials were obtained from perovskite solar cells through the separation and recovery processes, including dissolution, oxidation, solvent extraction, chemical precipitation, calcination, and vacuum drying. After the optimization, highly critical raw materials such as lead iodide, lead bromide, and cesium iodide can be recovered with purities over 99%, and the recovery rates of lead and cesium have been achieved near 99 %.
