產品介紹 市售之工業級MCM-41價格昂貴,每克價格為262元。本實驗之目的為自製合成MCM-41降低其成本與提升工業應用性。近年來應用NH3-SCR去除NOx已逐漸獲得國際重視,本實驗以MCM-41高比表面積特性選擇作為觸媒載體,利用鐵錳金屬進行二次離子交換,均勻的參雜在MCM-41觸媒載體表面上。利用二乙基胺作為分散劑使觸媒粉末以微小顆粒均勻混合在濾餅中,與柴油發電機所排放之廢氣進行NH3-SCR去除廢氣中之NOx,作動溫度設置在250°C有最高的去除效率,最高去除效率為97.8%。增加分子篩的應用性成為近年來研究的重要目標,MCM-41觸媒在環工領域之應用性也相當廣泛,無論是去除空氣中的污染物利用甲烷產氫或作為光觸媒淨化水質等,自製之觸媒成本為商用觸媒3成,降低成本提升經濟價值。

Summary
Using MCM-41 as a catalyst carrier and using iron-manganese metal as a metal precursor to carry out secondary ion exchange, the iron-manganese metal is uniformly mixed on the surface of MCM-41. The dispersant is uniformly mixed in the catalyst filter cake, and the exhaust gas discharged from the diesel generator is subjected to NH3-SCR to remove NOx in the exhaust gas. With the development of nanomaterials technology, it has attracted attention from industry and academia, especially in heavy oil cracking, biomedicine, special chemicals, etc. Therefore, increasing the applicability of molecular sieves has become an important research goal in recent years. The application of MCM-41 catalyst in the field of environmental engineering is also quite extensive, whether it is to remove pollutants in the air and use methane to produce hydrogen, or even as a photocatalyst to purify water. The cost of using self-made catalysts is 30% of that of commercial catalysts, reducing costs and increasing economic value.
