| Product Summary |
The developed technology consists of the integrated biochar synthesis from agricultural waste and facile electrochemical surface-modification, which endows biochar with specific chemical affinity and electrocatalytic activity, thereby applicable for the detection of proteins and pollutants, and pollutant remediation. Upon integration with photoelectrochemical techniques, the developed technology can also be applied for the upcycling of waste dyes and the establishment of an environmentally-benign and carbon-neutral platform for chemical synthesis with water as the hydrogen source, which enables the establishment of green and low-carbon chemical industry without the competition with the production of green hydrogen. | ||
