Introduction
Established in February 2004, Telecom Technology Center (TTC) has been supporting national ICT development strategies by focusing on research in communication policies, standards in communication technologies, and ICT security specifications, thereby positioning TTC as a leading think tank for government ICT policies and technologies. Keeping pace with advancements in the ICT industry, TTC provides testing and verification services for ICT products, consulting services, and the operation and management of related platforms. These services enhance the capabilities of domestic manufacturers and companies to upgrade their technologies and drive the sound development of related industries.
TTC is a non-profit foundation operating with the core mission of being a government ICT think tank and providing services for industries. The key business focuses are as follows:

產品介紹 •SLA驗證測試:為確保5G場域之各類服務皆可滿足使用者體驗,透過TTC開發之測速工具可依不同情境,測試場域效能要求。
•低軌衛星資安檢測:為確保低軌道衛星安全,TTC提供包括低軌道衛星使用者終端資安標準、地面站資安檢測等預測試服務,以防範潛在威脅,提升資訊安全。
•無人機資安驗測服務:驗測服務項目包含無人機群飛系統資安測試,以及無人機產品的資安檢測,如系統安全、軟體安全、通訊安全、韌體安全及晶片安全等。
•具隱私強化之分散式數據交換服務 :透過標準化資料交換流程與隱私強化技術輔導,強化資料分析與協作之隱私保護,促進跨組織、跨平臺資料流通分享,進而釋放資料價值、發展多元加值創新應用。

Summary
•SLA Validation Testing: In order to ensure that 5G services are able to meet the user experience expectations, TTC has developed speed testing tools that can be used to test the performance requirements of the field in different scenarios.
•Cybersecurity Test for Low Earth Orbit Satellite Systems:To ensure the security of Low Earth Orbit satellites, this testing service includes pre-testing measures such as user terminal cybersecurity standards for Low Earth Orbit satellites and ground station, to prevent potential threats and enhance information security.
•UAV Cybersecurity Testing Service: This testing service includes cybersecurity testing of UAV swarm flight system, system security, software security, communication security, firmware security, and chip security of UAV products.
•Privacy Enhancing Technologies of Decentralized Data Exchange Service (PETs-DDX) : Through standardized data exchange processes and privacy enhancing technologies, we will enhance privacy protection for data analysis and collaboration, facilitate data sharing across organizations and platforms, unleash the value of data, and foster the development of diverse value-added innovative applications.
