產品介紹 本技術是將廢輪胎熱裂解碳黑和光電業廢棄物製成碳化矽,其具有優異物化特性,市場應用廣泛且價值高。整合碳熱還原、機械和熱活化程序可生產具有晶鬚結構的碳化矽顆粒。製備時,76%純度的碳源和99%以上的矽源可產生粒徑介於800-1200 nm的產品,每公斤可減少7.4-12.5公斤二氧化碳排放。添加碳化矽至輪胎橡膠中可提升10%以上的內聚力和撕裂強度;添加至塗料環氧樹脂則可提升抗壓強度、剪力強度和磨耗能力。同時,製成複合光觸媒固定式薄膜後,能高效降解水中的新興污染物抗生素四環素,240分鐘內降解率達92%以上,突顯碳化矽在產業應用上的潛力。

Summary
This technology transforms waste tire pyrolysis carbon black and discarded materials from the optoelectronics industry into silicon carbide, boasting exceptional physicochemical properties and holding substantial value in diverse and extensive market applications. The integration of carbon thermal reduction, mechanical, and thermal activation processes enables the production of silicon carbide particles exhibiting whisker-like structures. With a carbon source purity of 76% and a silicon source purity exceeding 99%, products with particle sizes ranging from 800 to 1200 nm are achieved, leading to a reduction of 7.4-12.5 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions per kilogram produced. Incorporating silicon carbide into tire rubber enhances internal cohesion and tear strength by over 10% with a mere 0.47% addition. Adding it to epoxy resin coatings elevates compressive strength, shear resistance, and abrasion resistance. Moreover, when fashioned into a composite photocatalytic fixed film, it efficiently degrades over 92% of the emerging water pollutant antibiotic tetracycline within 240 minutes, showcasing the potential industrial applications of silicon carbide.
